Day 1 with the Aguillard family was nothing short of magnificent. I was part of a four boat charter and I had the pleasure of guiding Mr. Carey and his wife, Mrs. Kay, and also Carey Jr. It was Mr. Carey’s 80th birthday and he wanted to go fishing, so Carey Jr got the family together and put on the trip.
The fishing couldn’t have been any better. We had tailing redfish, double and triple hook ups, and plenty of hooping and hollering from all boats. Once the fish turned on, it didn’t take long to finish our limit.
I wanted to thank God for blessing this special day and also Capt Stu for giving me the trip.
